Process to Avail your Insurance Policy

1. Cardholder books a flight ticket(s) and/or a hotel booking or Tour using Travelez Plus Platinum PrepaidCard for more than AED 500 or equivalent Foreign Currency atleast 48 hours before the travel date and up to 360 days in advance.
2. Cardholder calls AFEX Call Centre (“Call Center”) at 600547774for availing the Complimentary Travel Insurance.
