Full payment of purchased items must be made with your Visa Platinum card

New item purchases only

Proof of full payment with your Visa Infinite card is required

For any claims, you should email creditcardclaims@crawco.me with the following information:

1. Cardholder’s name
2. First 9 digits of covered card number
3. Cardholder’s address
4. The policy or section under which the claim applies

This will start the claim process.
